The Felix Project is seeking a Packing Lead to manage the packing area of Felix's Kitchen and ensure correct packing, storage and distribution of meals and components. You will lead volunteers, supervise staff, uphold HACCP procedures, and act as the kitchen's ambassador while maintaining food hygiene standards.
You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment in Greater London, coordinating with senior chefs and line managers to meet production targets and uphold quality.
