Salary Range: / Hourly Rate: £24,479 (FTE)

Hours/Days per week: 17.5 hours per week. Working days to be confirmed.

Purpose of the Job and Main Areas of Responsibility
To support the management team at Felix East Anglia with finance. This role will be responsible for the processing of the regions Members accounts & debt management of the accounts. This role will also provide support to the Regional Centre managers, dealing with our Community Food members and internal accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organised, reliable with a high attention to detail.
- Understanding of GDPR principles.
- Experience with working with accounting systems.
- Strong IT and Microsoft Skills –Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task as required.
- Must be a strong team player and have a good work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and in a pressured environment.
- Petty cash processes and reconciliations
- Strong Customer Service
- Use in house system Gladys / Salesforce
- Experience of Credit Control
- Implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency
- Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions
- Ensure financial records are kept up-to‑date with the latest transactions and changes
- Contribute to financial audits
- Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems
- Prepare balance sheets for invoicing by corporate finance
Your normal duties and responsibilities will be set out in your job description. However, the charity may require you to perform other duties from time to time.
Essential & Desirable Criteria
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
