Manages the design, development, and implementation of interactive eLearning courses, with a focus on ensuring technical functionality, user experience, and instructional effectiveness., The IYF Learning Commission (IYFLC) is responsible for designing strategies, solutions, tools, and services that enable and facilitate more effective and impactful staff learning programmes, projects and activities.
Function: Manages the design, development, and implementation of interactive eLearning courses, with a focus on ensuring technical functionality, user experience, and instructional effectiveness.
Responsibilities

Collaboration: Works closely with Programme Specialists to transition learning program designs into digital formats, ensuring that learning objectives, content, and assessments are accurately reflected in the eLearning modules.

Course Development: Utilizes tools such as Moodle and Articulate to build dynamic and engaging eLearning content that aligns with organizational learning frameworks.

Content Enhancement: Transforms instructional material into interactive, multimedia-rich learning experiences, incorporating quizzes, videos, and simulations.

Learning Management System (LMS) Oversight: Manages course uploads, user roles, and tracking within Moodle, ensuring smooth delivery and accessibility for all users.

Technical Expertise: Ensures eLearning content is fully functional across multiple platforms (desktop, mobile) and resolves any technical issues related to course functionality.

Feedback Integration: Incorporates learner feedback, assessment data, and programme outcomes provided by Programme Specialists to refine and improve eLearning experiences.

Monitoring & Reporting: Tracks learner engagement and course completion, providing detailed reports to stakeholders on the effectiveness of eLearning initiatives.

Continuous Improvement: Stays up-to-date with the latest eLearning trends, tools, and technologies to enhance course offerings.
Three-years of experience and results preferred in learning and development, eLearning, education, coaching, Training of Trainers, youth empowerment role, training, knowledge management, development, communications, international relations, capacity building, sport, women empowerment, youth-led organizations or another relevant field.
Either in or out of office hours Estimate of time needed:
1-3 hours / week Fully remote part-time flexible role – hours can be worked in the evenings and weekends.
