You will act as the primary contact, building trusted relationships and coordinating support across health, community and employment partners. The role blends office-based, remote and outreach work with travel as required.
You’ll use person-centred, trauma-informed, health-informed and strengths-based approaches to tailor support, helping clients identify steps toward stability and progression.
