At Fedcap UK, our Employer Solutions Consultants play a vital role in supporting people from disadvantaged backgrounds to secure sustainable, meaningful employment. You’ll work closely with employers and customers, matching skills, values and opportunities to create life‑changing outcomes.

Location: On‑site in Guildford (GU1 4YA) with some community outreach.

Salary: Starting salary ÂŁ30,000 to ÂŁ32,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as an ambassador for Fedcap and the Restart Scheme, championing the benefits of sustainable employment for local businesses and jobseekers.
  • Provide employers with high‑quality, tailored services from recruitment support to candidate preparation and adapt your approach to suit each business.
  • Build strong relationships with local employers and initiatives to develop a portfolio of live vacancies.
  • Support customers to develop their confidence, skills and readiness for work, including preparing them for interviews and job starts.
  • Proactively market candidates to employers and identify new work opportunities.
  • Consistently deliver against performance targets, ensuring excellent service and quality.
  • Coach and mentor small groups of candidates, empowering them to carry out effective job searches independently.
