As part of Fedcap UK, we work nationally with employers, local authorities and partners to deliver high-quality training in retrofit, clean energy and sustainable construction. As our programmes expand through Apex Training, we're growing our team and looking for an Enrolment Manager to play a central role in ensuring opportunities turn into successful delivery.

The Role

The Enrolment Manager will take ownership of our end-to-end enrolment pipeline, ensuring interest in our programmes is converted into confirmed, high-quality learner starts. What you'll be doing:

  • Owning and managing the full enrolment lifecycle from first enquiry through to course start
  • Driving conversion performance across all programmes, ensuring strong enrolment outcomes
  • Maintaining visibility of the commercial pipeline, supporting forecasting and course viability decisions
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, employers, and partners to support enrolment growth
  • Acting as a key contact for stakeholders during the enrolment phase, ensuring a professional and seamless experience
  • Ensuring all enrolment activity meets compliance and funding
  • Developing and improving scalable processes, systems, and workflows as the organisation grows

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in enrolment, pipeline management, or conversion-focused roles
  • A strong track record of achieving targets and driving performance
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to interpret and act on data
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working across teams such as sales, delivery, and operations
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills
  • Desirable: Experience in training, education, employability, or sustainability sectors
  • Understanding of funded programmes or public sector contracts
  • Experience improving CRM systems or scaling operational processes

Why join us?

  • Be part of a mission-led organisation making a real environmental and social impact
  • Play a central role in enabling programme success and organisational growth
  • Enjoy flexible, hybrid working and a supportive, values-driven culture
  • Opportunity to grow as the organisation expands across the UK
