The Verdancy Group (part of Fedcap UK) is a leading provider of green skills and sustainability training, supporting the UK's transition to net zero through practical education and industry collaboration. As part of Fedcap UK, we work nationally with employers, local authorities and partners to deliver high-quality training in retrofit, clean energy and sustainable construction.
As our programmes expand through Apex Training, we're growing our team and looking for an Enrolment Manager to play a central role in ensuring opportunities turn into successful delivery.
The Role
The Enrolment Manager will take ownership of our end-to-end enrolment pipeline, ensuring interest in our programmes is converted into confirmed, high-quality learner starts. This is more than an operational role - it’s about creating a seamless journey from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring our programmes are viable, impactful, and ready to deliver real-world outcomes. As we scale nationally, you’ll play a central role in shaping our enrolment infrastructure, strengthening performance, and embedding high-quality, consistent processes across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and managing the full enrolment lifecycle from first enquiry through to course start
- Driving conversion performance across all programmes, ensuring strong enrolment outcomes
- Maintaining visibility of the commercial pipeline, supporting forecasting and course viability decisions
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, employers, and partners to support enrolment growth
- Acting as a key contact for stakeholders during the enrolment phase, ensuring a professional and seamless experience
- Ensuring all enrolment activity meets compliance and funding
- Developing and improving scalable processes, systems, and workflows as the organisation grows.
What you’ll bring
