Salary: £27,642 rising to £29,407, after 9‑month probation
Location: Onsite in Skelmersdale (WN8 6NN)
Hours: Mon‑Fri 9am‑5pm
What You’ll Do
- Work towards clear targets and KPIs (including quality & compliance SLAs) – with plenty of support along the way
- Manage a caseload of customers, with face‑to‑face appointments throughout the day, creating SMART action plans and providing job‑searching support
- Help build confidence, develop skills and change mindsets
- Collaborate with external services to tackle complex challenges and help overcome barriers
What You’ll Bring
- A background in target‑driven roles and/or experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
- Ability to build rapport, understand, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who are vulnerable with complex needs
- Experience of working in customer‑facing roles in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate customer records
