We\’re looking for a people-focused, target-driven individual with emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to, and influence, a wide range of customers. In this role, you\’ll wear many hats supporting, encouraging, signposting, advising, coaching, and inspiring individuals while building trust and challenging mindsets.

Work towards clear targets and KPIs (including quality & compliance SLAs) – with plenty of support along the wayManage a caseload of customers, with face-to-face appointments throughout the day, creating SMART action plans and providing job-searching supportHelp build confidence, develop skills and change mindsetsCollaborate with external services to tackle complex challenges and help overcome barriers
