Salary: £28,438 rising to £30,253 after 9-month probation

Location: Onsite in Reading (RG1 7QE)

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

In this role, you\’ll wear many hats supporting, encouraging, signposting, advising, coaching, and inspiring individuals while building trust and challenging mindsets.

What You\’ll Do

Work towards clear targets and KPIs (including quality & compliance SLAs) – with plenty of support along the wayManage a caseload of customers, with face-to-face appointments throughout the day, creating SMART action plans and providing job-searching supportHelp build confidence, develop skills and change mindsetsCollaborate with external services to tackle complex challenges and help overcome barriers

A background in target-driven roles and/or experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standardsAbility to build rapport, understand, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who are vulnerable with complex needs.Experience of working in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate customer records.Resilience and a growth mindset, and a real passion for making a difference.
