All posts require an enhanced DBS check. We are looking for a highly motivated part-time chef to join our catering team at The Fed. The role involves preparing meals according to residents’ care plans and medical needs, such as dysphagia and allergies.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week, worked 5 days from 7 (including bank holidays) according to the rota
Shifts: Early shifts (7am/7.30am–3.30pm/4pm) and late shifts (10am/10.30am–7.30pm)
Responsibilities
- Have a great knowledge of and passion for food.
- Have a relevant track record of creating and cooking a variety of homemade meals, desserts, and baked goods.
- A working knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Be able to work on their own or as part of the team.
