About the Role:
As a Duty Manager, you’ll be a key ambassador for Gilpin, ensuring seamless daily operations and supporting our teams across the hotel and Lake House. You’ll lead by example, inspire high standards, and help uphold the service excellence that earned us our Two Michelin Keys and our Michelin Star.
Your Role as Duty Manager:
- Oversees the smooth running of the hotel during your shift, ensuring exceptional guest service at every touchpoint.
- Supports department managers with operational delivery, guest relations, and team coordination.
- Responds proactively to guest needs, resolving issues with empathy, professionalism, and flair.
- Champions our brand standards, ensuring every detail reflects the Gilpin experience.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and operational support to team members across departments.
- Maintains safety, compliance, and operational excellence throughout the property.
