The FCA
Responsibilities * Manage a caseload of motor recovery claims from first notification through to settlement. * Negotiate with insurers, third parties and legal representatives to achieve successful recovery outcomes. * Ensure claims are handled in line with FCA, FOS, GDPR and internal compliance requirements. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while supporting service levels and customer outcomes. Qualifications * Previous experience handling motor recovery claims. * Strong negotiation and settlement experience within a claims environment. * Good understanding of FCA regulations and claims handling standards.
