Join our FCA‑regulated family office, 167 Solutions, as an Independent Financial Adviser. You will provide comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to High Net Worth (HNW) and Super High Net Worth (SHNW) individuals and families, leveraging our full suite of product offerings including Wealth Management, Investments, Residential Mortgages, Commercial Finance, and Protection & General Insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with HNW and SHNW clients.
  • Deliver holistic financial planning and wealth management advice tailored to client goals.
  • Advise on investments, pensions, retirement planning and protection solutions.
  • Identify and present opportunities across residential mortgages, commercial lending, and insurance products.
  • Develop strategic relationships with introducers, professional networks and centers of influence.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals and relationship‑led development.
  • Maintain FCA compliance and consistently deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum requirement).

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Independent Financial Adviser, Wealth Manager or Financial Planner.
  • Proven track record advising HNW and affluent clients.
  • Experience developing and managing client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments, protection and wealth planning strategies.
  • Demonstrable success in generating new business and growing client relationships.
