We are on the lookout for an experienced kitchen leader to join our team at The Fat Duck as a Junior Sous Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who perhaps has experience running their own brigade in a fine dining setting, looking to progress in their career within one of the world's best and most famous restaurants. If you are interested in working alongside some of the country's best chefs in an environment that has seen many of the biggest names in food today, this could very well be the role for you!

The ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. We strongly believe that our people define our business and we pride ourselves on helping individuals strive throughout their career.

As a Junior Sous Chef your main role will be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen.
