We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Head Waiter/Waitress to join our passionate team at The Fat Crab, located in North Cheam SM3 9AE.

Seafood restaurants based in Harrow, Surrey, and Clapham.
Our opening hours:
Tuesday – Friday 16:00-23:00
Saturday 12:30-23:00
Sunday 12:30-22:00
Closed on Mondays.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent product knowledge and create memorable guest experiences.
- Supervise daily restaurant operations including cleaning, taking orders, answering phones, and managing bookings.
- Support colleagues and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
- Use interpersonal skills, energy, and passion for food to meet high standards and performance targets.
