This role is of significant importance to our academy andoffers an exciting opportunity to inspire and develop young musicians across arange of abilities and experience levels.
The successful candidate will beresponsible for planning and delivering engaging, challenging anddifferentiated vocal lessons, supporting students in developing their musicalskills, confidence and performance abilities. They will play a key role in nurturinga love of music, preparing students for examinations, concerts andperformances, and helping every learner to achieve their full potential.
We are seeking a candidate who:
- Hasdetailed knowledge and expertise in vocal tuition.
- Hasexperience of delivering engaging and effective music lessons to young people.
- Caninspire, motivate and support students of varying abilities to achieve theirfull potential.
- Hasexcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildpositive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
- Ispassionate about music education and committed to enriching the musical life ofthe academy through performances and extracurricular activities.
