We seek a strong leader to collaborate closely with our executive chef and guide a small team of three. This position is ideal for a sous chef ready to step up into a head chef role.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly stock takes
- Understand and manage GP margins
- Ensure cooking stations are adequately supplied
- Follow the executive chefβs guidance
- Lead and mentor the team
- Optimize the cooking process for speed and quality
Skills Required
- Proficiency in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of best cooking practices
