Join our dynamic team working day-time shifts only, totaling 45 hours per week. Be a part of our independent restaurant, a bustling venue in the heart of Battersea, known as a hotspot for brunch, lunch, and private events in South West London.

We seek a strong leader to collaborate closely with our executive chef and guide a small team of three. This position is ideal for a sous chef ready to step up into a head chef role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly stock takes
  • Understand and manage GP margins
  • Ensure cooking stations are adequately supplied
  • Follow the executive chef’s guidance
  • Lead and mentor the team
  • Optimize the cooking process for speed and quality

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • In-depth knowledge of best cooking practices
