Overview A small GP surgery is seeking an NHS Receptionist / Care Navigator in Leeds. This role involves being the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing appointments, and addressing patient queries efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance.
