We are currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly and service‑focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team.

This is a varied and hands‑on role, supporting our restaurant, bar and events operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
  • Deliver food and drink service across restaurant, bar and events.
  • Ensure tables are set and service areas are maintained to a high standard.
  • Support the team during busy periods, working efficiently and positively.
  • Assist with bar service when required.
  • Handle guest enquiries and requests with confidence and professionalism.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all front‑of‑house areas.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and wider hotel teams to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
  • A positive, friendly and proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
