The Falmouth Hotel is seeking a confident Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dining team across a busy venue within the Cornwall Hotel Collection. The role is 32 hours per week, with evenings, weekends and holidays required, and a hands-on, guest-focused approach to service.
You will support day-to-day restaurant operations, motivate staff, maintain high presentation standards, and collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
