We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail‑focused and motivated individual to join our housekeeping team.

This is a key role in ensuring our bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards, delivering a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standard.
  • Clean to the highest standards maintaining strong attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Ensure housekeeping procedures and health & safety standards are followed at all times.
  • Support other team members when required to ensure all rooms are completed in time and to the standard required.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering excellent standards for positive guest experiences.
