We are looking for a calm, confident and dependable Night Manager to join the team at The Falmouth. Please note the shift pattern is 4 on 4 off. Responsibilities Oversee the smooth running of the hotel throughout the night. Lead and support the night team. Welcome late-arriving guests and respond to guest requests. Complete overnight checks and ensure the hotel is safe and secure. Deal calmly and appropriately with any incidents or emergencies. Complete night audit, records and handovers accurately.
