Weâre recruiting Graduates for our Asset & Investment Team, supporting the ongoing improvement of our housing stock and helping ensure homes are warm, safe and energyâefficient.
About the roleAs part of the Housing Asset Team, youâll carry out Stock Condition Surveys and Energy Performance assessments across our domestic housing portfolio. Your work informs future investment decisions, ensuring homes meet the needs of our tenants now and in future. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a handsâon, realâworld environment while developing an exciting career in housing, asset management and construction. This post is temporary until May 2028 due to a temporary project.
What youâll bringYouâll need:
- An HNC or above in a constructionârelated subject
- Good understanding of construction technology
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong IT skills, ideally with knowledge of construction or surveying software
