Fairtrade Foundation is seeking an experienced HR generalist to drive a values-led, high-performing culture while managing HR operations for ~90 staff.

This six-month project-focused role will lead improvement workstreams and advance inclusion and anti-oppression initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will implement the new career and pay framework, review recruitment/onboarding, and champion equity across people practices.
