We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Partnerships Directorate Associate to support our Partnerships Directorate and help ensure one of Fairtrade Foundation’s most commercially active functions runs smoothly. You'll provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Partnerships Director and wider Directorate, helping unlock colleagues' time to focus on growth and external engagement, enable close cross team working, and to ensure colleagues stay organised, focused and effective.
You’ll coordinate Directorate and team meetings, manage diaries and Directorate communications, support partner engagement activity and contribute to organisational events and initiatives. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys enabling others to do their best work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
About You
You’ll have experience in an EA, PA or administrative support role, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail. You’ll be proactive, collaborative and confident building relationships across teams.
