We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Office & People Coordinatorto help create an outstanding colleague experience and ensure our London office runs smoothly every day.
You'll play a key role in supporting onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, workplace operations, facilities management and organisational events.
As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for workplace and people-related queries, helping to create a welcoming, inclusive and well-organised environment where colleagues can thrive.
About You
You'll have experience in administration, facilities coordination or HR support, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to solving problems.
Most importantly, you'll enjoy helping people and creating positive workplace experiences.
