We're looking for a highly organised and relationship-focused Licensing Leadto manage the operational delivery of one of Fairtrade Foundation's key global partnerships.
Acting as the key contact for Ben & Jerry's, you'll oversee licensing, certification, compliance, reporting and partner support, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
You'll work across Fairtrade Foundation's global network to manage product approvals, support compliance, coordinate reporting and identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen partner relationships.
About you You'll have experience in licensing, compliance, customer operations or account management, with excellent attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills.
You'll enjoy solving problems, managing complex information and delivering outstanding service.
