Location: West Norwood. Position: Permanent. Hours: 40 hours per week.

The Role
As a Ward Manager, you’ll be at the heart of clinical leadership supporting the Clinical Services Manager and Centre Director while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Provide visible, compassionate leadership to nursing and care teams
- Drive clinical excellence and best practice
- Ensure safe staffing, effective rota management, and skill mix
- Oversee care planning, risk management, and patient outcomes
- Lead on quality improvement and clinical performance
- Act as a role model, inspiring and developing your team
About you
- A qualified nurse (NMC registered)
- Experienced at Band 6 level or above
- Passionate about high-quality patient care and leadership
- Confident in managing teams and driving performance
- Experience with tracheostomy or ventilator care is essential
