Fairlie Healthcare Group is looking for an experienced Registered Manager / Clinical Service Manager to lead our specialist complex neurological care service. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Registered Nurse (NMC Registered) with proven leadership experience to oversee four specialist nursing wards, ensuring exceptional clinical standards, outstanding patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance. You'll inspire and support a highly skilled multidisciplinary team while driving continuous improvement within one of the UK's leading complex care providers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage four specialist nursing wards (8-15 beds each)
  • Ensure safe, effective, person-centred clinical care
  • Provide leadership, coaching and support to Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
  • Oversee Clinical Governance, Infection Prevention & Control and Medicines Management
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
  • Manage staffing, clinical risk and service performance
  • Lead on quality improvement initiatives and CQC compliance

Essential

  • Registered Nurse (NMC PIN)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing clinical services within a complex care, neurological or acute hospital setting
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience in Clinical Governance, safeguarding and quality improvement
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Desirable

  • Experience within A&E, ITU, HDU, CCU, Respiratory or Complex Care
  • Knowledge of Ventilator and Tracheostomy Care
