What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
- Administer medication safely in line with NMC guidelines.
- Develop and maintain accurate care plans and clinical records.
- Support residents with complex neurological conditions.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Develop specialist skills in tracheostomy and ventilator care (full training provided).
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Active NMC Registration (RGN)
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Good understanding of the NMC Code
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Desirable
- Experience in neurological rehabilitation or complex care
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience (training available)
