Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, Business Development team, Operational Management and Subject Matter Experts, you will take responsibility for developing persuasive, customer-focused bid content, ensuring proposals clearly communicate the company's capabilities, solutions and value proposition whilst responding directly to customer requirements.

This role would suit an experienced Bid Writer or Senior Bid Writer looking to take the next step within a business that actively promotes from within and rewards success.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce high-quality, persuasive and customer-focused written responses for tender and proposal submissions.

• Develop compelling bid content for manned guarding, integrated security and wider Security Solutions opportunities across both public and private sector clients.

• Work within the company's Bid Management process to ensure all written submissions are compliant, compelling and delivered to the highest possible standard.

• Develop bid content by collaborating with operational teams, Business Development, HR, Finance, Marketing and senior leadership.

• Produce persuasive written responses that clearly demonstrate the company's people-first approach, operational capability, technology and value-added security solutions. xsabvtc
