No two days are the same. You'll oversee a varied portfolio of electrical infrastructure and building services projects, working closely with clients, engineers and delivery teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and profitably.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple electrical projects across commercial, industrial and public sector environments. From planning and procurement through to installation, commissioning and final handover, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders, making a genuine impact on both project success and long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the complete lifecycle of multiple electrical projects from award through to completion.
  • Planning labour, materials, subcontractors and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Leading site teams and specialist contractors whilst maintaining high standards of safety, quality and workmanship.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and acting as their primary point of contact throughout each project.
  • Managing project programmes, budgets, variations and commercial performance.
  • Monitoring project risks and implementing proactive solutions before issues arise.
  • Coordinating procurement, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure projects remain on programme.
  • Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations, CDM requirements and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Producing project reports, commercial updates and progress reviews for senior management.
  • Driving continuous improvement across project delivery, customer satisfaction and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading projects and building relationships just as much as delivering successful outcomes. You'll be commercially aware, organised and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously whilst remaining calm under pressure.

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience managing commercial or industrial electrical projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations, infrastructure upgrades or building services.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, programmes and commercial performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate internal teams and subcontractors.
  • A proactive approach with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
  • Electrical qualifications, IOSH, SMSTS or experience working within electrical contracting or building services environments would be highly advantageous.
