- NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge of clinical hygiene, safety, and treatment protocols
- Basic ability to support social media content (before/after photos, treatment clips, simple updates - no editing required)
- Stock checking and replenishment
