The Fabrika Group is looking for an experienced Bespoke Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner to join our workshop team in Chessington. We manufacture bespoke furniture and joinery for high-end residential and hospitality projects across the UK and overseas. Our work includes veneered, spray-finished and specialist detailed joinery, produced through a hands-on workshop-based process. We are looking for someone with solid experience in bespoke manufacturing who understands quality, detailing and workshop production.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing bespoke furniture and joinery
  • Working from technical drawings
  • Veneer production, assembly and finishing
  • Operating workshop machinery confidently and safely
  • Supporting installations when required
  • Working closely with a skilled small team on high-end projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in cabinet making or bespoke joinery
  • Good understanding of veneer manufacturing processes
  • Experience with workshop machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and finishing quality
  • Ability to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Flexible for occasional travel within the UK and overseas
