This role isn't just about marketing football.

It's about using the power of football to drive societal change, breaking down barriers, challenging perceptions and creating more opportunities for women and girls in the game.

We're looking for someone who uses creativity, insight and storytelling to inspire action and shift perceptions to empower women and girls to believe they belong in football and wider society.

There has never been a more exciting time to be part of the women's game.

Following back-to-back UEFA Women's EURO titles for the Lionesses, and with the FIFA Women's World Cup on the horizon in 2027, football continues to inspire a new generation.

But while the game has never had greater visibility, too many women and girls still face barriers to taking part.

Our ambition is to change that.

That's where you come in.

Your focus will be supporting our school's portfolio, where you'll deliver marketing across girls' football programmes, SEND football, major tournament activations and always-on content that helps more girls discover the game from an early age.

You'll deliver campaigns, create resources and bring storytelling to life that equip teachers, inspire pupils and help build environments where every girl believes she belongs in football.

You'll also support wider participation initiatives, including strengthening the journey from school into community football, and celebrating programmes such as Rising Leaders, helping empower young women from ethnically diverse backgrounds to become the next generation of leaders.

It's a varied role where no two days are the same.

One day you could be bringing a powerful story to life through content, the next launching a campaign, developing paid media activity or working with agencies to help more young people experience the benefits of football.

You'll have experience supporting multi-channel campaigns, excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

You'll enjoy working collaboratively while also having the confidence to take ownership, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

If you're passionate about using marketing to create opportunities, challenge perceptions and leave a legacy for women and girls' football,

What will you be doing?

Deliver marketing activity for England Football's schools programmes and Rising Leaders Programme, driving awareness, engagement and conversion.

Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across relevant channels, including CRM, paid media, social media and web, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Create and manage content plans that bring school programmes and Rising Leaders to life, developing engaging storytelling that showcases the impact of football in schools.

Coordinate the development and delivery of campaign assets, including emails, toolkits, social content, and website pages, ensuring accuracy, consistency and strong attention to detail.

Build a strong working relationship with the Marketing Executive to ensure connectivity between our school and community environments, to ensure synergy across messaging and audiences Support the Marketing Manager to activate Made for this Game in the school environment, with an ambition to inspire, break barriers and influence change, supporting our ambition to provide equal access and empowering all girls to believe that they belong Use insight to understand audiences, optimise campaigns and shape marketing activity.

Manage campaign trackers, timelines and approvals, ensuring all activity is well organised, deadlines are met, and stakeholders are kept informed.

Support the evaluation of marketing activity, reporting on campaign performance, capturing learnings and making recommendations to improve future activity.

Work collaboratively with internal teams and agencies to support campaign delivery, manage timelines, coordinate activity and maintain clear communication.

Identify and develop authentic stories, showcasing the impact of football and inspiring more young people to see themselves as part of the game.

Build strong stakeholder relationships, proactively sharing updates, raising challenges early and ensuring colleagues and partners have confidence in delivery.

Be a brand guardian for all in-school activity, ensuring creative outputs from internal teams and external agencies are aligned to brand and messaging guidelines.

Executes additional tasks as required to meet the FA's changing priorities.

Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure that the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being can be maintained.
