Step into a role where you create unforgettable experiences above one of the world's most recognised city skylines, at the heart of the London Eye. We're recruiting an Events Operations Manager (fixed-term, full-time) to lead the delivery, performance and growth of our hospitality, private pod and events business. From VIP celebrations and corporate events to premium guest experiences, you'll ensure every event is delivered safely, efficiently and to exceptional standards.

Whether managing a private pod experience, launching a new hospitality product or overseeing a major event, you'll set the standard for excellence.
Alongside your Hospitality and Events responsibilities, you'll operate as a Duty Manager on a rota basis, taking responsibility for the wider operation of the London Eye site and supporting the delivery of world-class guest experiences every day. This is a fixed-term, full-time role, contracted until the end of 2026. Flexibility is essential, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays to support the operational needs of the business.
