Role: Team Leader Coach Hours: Full time, 34.5 hours per week. Shifts: 3.5hrs – office based / 07:00-14:30 x2 Shifts / 14:00-23:00 x2 Shifts / x2 sleep ins. Please note you are required to work alongside the care staff and carry out personal care duties. Rate: £18.09 per hour Location: Humber Court, Humber Road, Coventry, Coventry, West Midlands, CV3 4FE What will you do as our Team Leader Coach?
- Manage a team of Care Assistants and ensure correct procedures are followed
- Develop, implement and maintain individual care and support plans
- Provide residents and relatives with an effective communication network
- Ensure residents are encouraged to reach their optimum level of independence
- Ensure all administrative systems are implemented effectively Our ideal Team Leader Coach will have:
- An NVQ / QCF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or will work towards this qualification)
- Experience in managing a team within a similar environment
