ExtraCare Charitable Trust are looking for a Student Supervisor Physiotherapist! Are you an experienced Student Supervisor Physiotherapist looking to develop your career with an award winning, forward-thinking charity? We are recruiting a Student Supervisor Physiotherapist to join our Head Office in Coventry. You will be central to supervising and mentoring physiotherapy students, providing high-quality learning opportunities that develop their clinical skills, confidence, and professional conduct within a social care context. The ideal candidate will have previous demonstrable experience within a similar role, be flexible, motivated and adaptable to change. If this sounds like you, please read on for more details!

Key Duties:
  • Supervise and support physiotherapy students on placement within ExtraCare locations.
  • Act as a role model for professional practice and uphold high standards of care.
  • Work collaboratively with the Practice Education Facilitator to support the expansion of placement opportunities.
  • Contribute to a positive and effective learning environment for students.
  • Liaise with the Student Placement Team and universities as required regarding student progress and placement delivery.
  • Will include routine travel across our retirement village locations.
