ExtraCare Charitable Trust are looking for a Student Placement Administrator! Are you an experienced Student Placement Administrator looking to develop your career with an award winning, forward-thinking charity? We have a great opportunity for a Student Placement Administrator to join our team at our Coventry Head Office. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support for the Student Placement Service across ExtraCare locations, coordinating placement processes and ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strong partnership working with HEIs. Key Duties:

  • Maintain placement agreements and contracts
  • Manage placement administration across locations
  • Coordinate onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain central database
  • Monitor timelines and deadlines
  • Prepare reports and track income
  • Act as central administrative contact for placements
  • Coordinate agreements and communication with HEIs
  • Support onboarding and tracking of students
