We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Village Manager to take the lead at our charming and vibrant St Oswald's Retirement Village based in Gloucester on a permanent,full time basis (37.5hrs per week). In this role, you will lead a complex operation, balancing resident outcomes, regulatory compliance, operational performance and financial sustainability.
