ExtraCare Charitable Trust are looking for a Resident Engagement Officer! You will help support the delivery of high-quality resident engagement across ExtraCare's villages and schemes, ensuring residents have meaningful opportunities to influence services, shape decisions and contribute to vibrant, inclusive communities.
Working with the Housing and Resident Engagement Manager, you will promote resident voice, support Resident Forums and Associations, gather and analyse feedback, and help turn resident insight into practical service improvements that support ExtraCare's vision of better lives for older people. The role will help ensure engagement activity reflects ExtraCare's mission to create sustainable communities that provide homes older people want, lifestyles they can enjoy and care if it is needed. You will also work in a way that is empowering, compassionate, collaborative and transparent.
