The Extracare Charitable Trust are recruiting for a Dementia and Mental Wellbeing Enabler to join our friendly and supportive team at Earlsdon Park Village, based in Coventry. We are excited to be recruiting for a Dementia and Mental Wellbeing Enabler to support the village's commitment in delivering ExtraCare's mission of “better lives for older people”.
Role Details
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Shift times: Monday- Friday- 9am-5pm
- Contract: Permanent
- Rate: £15.26 per hour
- Location: Earlsdon Park Village, Albany Road, Earlsdon, Coventry, West Midlands, CV5 6JQ

What you'll be doing
- Provide one to one support to older adults living with dementia and common mental health conditions
- Working with a multidisciplinary team and being first point of contact when required
- Responsible for completing cognitive assessments, mood assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest Meetings
