ExtraCare Charitable Trust are looking for a Special Projects Officer! Are you an experienced Projects Officer looking to develop your career with an award winning, forward-thinking charity? We have an exciting opportunity for a Projects Officer to join our team based at our Head Office in Coventry.
At The ExtraCare Charitable Trust, you will coordinate key workstreams focused on operational improvement and support the transition of project work into business as usual. The role would suit someone comfortable working across teams and locations, asking questions, and following issues through to practical improvements. Someone who likes understanding how things work and fixing what doesn't.
Key Duties:- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and documentation for a diverse range of projects including, but not limited to:
- Operational standardisation
- Resident experience
- Leasehold and tenancy harmonisation
- Regulatory compliance for operations
- Data strategy
- EV charging
