ExtraCare Charitable Trust are looking for a Retail Operations Manager! As part of our Retail Senior Leadership Team, the Retail Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective, compliant, and efficient operation of the ExtraCare Retail estate. The role provides central operational leadership, ensuring statutory compliance, robust governance, and the consistent application of organisational policies and procedures across all retail locations.

You will lead the development and optimisation of operational processes, overseeing Health & Safety, risk management, maintenance, and Gift Aid administration to safeguard the organisation and support a high-performing retail environment.

A key component of the role is the strategic management of New Goods from supplier relationships and stock planning to financial performance, ensuring product ranges align with customer demand and organisational targets.

Operating as a critical link between central functions and shop teams, the Retail Operations Manager ensures timely communication, supports issue resolution, and provides operational oversight to enable retail managers to deliver excellence. The role also contributes to long-term planning through accurate forecasting, data analysis, and proactive problem-solving.
