The role

• Role: Assistant Care Manager
• Hours: 30 hours per week
• Working 4 shifts a week / on a rota pattern required to work every other weekend.
• Shifts are from 06.45-14.45 / 14.30-22.30.
• Salary: £15.45 per hour
• Location: Earlsdon Park Village, Albany Road, Coventry CV5 6JQ

What will you do as our Assistant Care Manager?

• Manage a team of Care Assistants ensuring correct procedures are followed, and conduct their Annual Development and Interim Reviews.
