What will you do as our Registered Care Manager?
Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the care services which includes direct supervision of Care Coordinators and all care staff;
Ensure high standards and performance of the services adhering to and exceeding CQC and local authority requirements;
Lead and take accountability for the quality of care that residents receive through regular audits and compliance checks;
Work collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines within the village to provide the best outcomes for our residents;
Take responsibility of the recruitment and retention of care staff and ensure all care staff are trained and competent to deliver a high-quality service;
Develop individual care plans to ensure optimum levels of independence
