We have a fantastic Assistant Care Manager opportunity available at our Hagley Road Retirement Village , based in Birmingham. You will join us for 22.5 hours per week, on a permanent contract . You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £15.07 per hour (£17,679 pa, pro rata of FTE) plus an excellent benefits package which includes: 33 Days Annual Leave (FTE) Pro Rata for Part Time Buy And Sell Holiday Free Life Insurance Cycle2work Scheme Attendance Reward Free Use of Onsite Gym, Up to 9% employer pension contribution (5% employee) Blue Light Card discounts Enhanced Maternity & Paternity allowance All candidates will need to be fully flexible across a 7-day rota system, which will be given in advance and will be expected to work early/late shifts and alternate weekends as required to meet the needs of the domiciliary care service.
