ExtraCare Charitable Trust are looking for a Regional Recruitment Advisor! ExtraCare are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to provide a recruitment service to designated locations, ensuring a quality recruitment experience from start to finish for all involved. This includes writing and placing adverts, collating and shortlisting candidates, organising interviews/assessment centres and all aspects of administration associated with the recruitment process. They will work in collaboration with the HR Business Partner, Location Managers, Care/Registered Managers, Administrators and Care Coordinators to provide a seamless approach to recruitment, adhering to ExtraCare\’s recruitment policy and procedures, and the ECCT Recruitment tool kit. This vacancy will work with the ExtraCare Retirement Villages in Coventry, Northamptonshire, Nottingham and Worcestershire. This role will require the successful candidate to travel to ExtraCare Retirement Villages. The Regional Recruitment Advisor would join our award-winning charity, The ExtraCare Charitable Trust, and contribute to our mission of creating ‘better lives for older people\’. This opportunity is on a full-time, permanent basis. Benefits of this role include; 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Contributory pension (up to 9%) Buy and sell holiday Free life insurance Cycle2work scheme Attendance reward Free use of on-site location gyms Ongoing training and development Role Details Role: Regional Recruitment Advisor Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £30,750pa Closing date: Sunday 17 August 2025 Key Duties The successful post-holder will have a good understanding of budgeted and model hours to ensure robust recruitment to guarantee safe staffing levels in the delivery of service. You will monitor vacancy rates and report progress monthly, to support key performance indicators. You will support locations achieve a CQC rating of ‘Good\’ or ‘Outstanding\’ through the achievement of safe staffing levels. The post-holder will facilitate a culture of openness, reflective practice and ongoing learning through a supportive and inclusive recruitment programme. Strong organisational and time management skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills, and strong decision-making skills are required. We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor who is computer literate, with proficiency in word, spreadsheets and the internet.
