Extra Care Charitable Trust are looking for a Housing & Resident Engagement Manager!
Housing and Resident Engagement Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality housing management services within integrated retirement communities, in a way that supports the lives of our residents.
You will be responsible to manage the provision of a full range of broad-based housing management and related services so that Extra Care's residents have access to excellent services to improve resident satisfaction, achieve tenancy sustainability and maximise income for the Trust.
Have strategic responsibility for Enhanced Housing Management (EHM) and Housing Related Support (HRS) Services (where they still exist), or alternatives, and associated contract negotiations, supporting Regional Operations Managers and Location Managers.
To provide strategic direction and leadership on housing services to deliver excellent co-ordinated and cost-effective services to our residents.
You will manage relationships with the Resident Forums, promote local Resident Associations and encourage the culture of listening to the voice of our residents and resident involvement.
Be able to lead and coordinate Extra Care's landlord responsibilities as a Registered Provider, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
The role will act as the custodian of the Customer Involvement Policy, promoting meaningful resident engagement, and will oversee the organisation's complaints management system to ensure complaints are handled effectively, consistently and in line with policy and regulatory expectations.
