We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Deputy Shop Manager towork alongside the Shop Manager and the team at our NEW Buxton charity shop based in Derbyshire. You will receive a competitive salary of Β£12.21 per hour plus excellent benefits package which includes;

What will you do as our Deputy Shop Manager?
β Support the Shop Manager to pro-actively drive sales and profit.
β Assist in the recruitment, management and motivation of a team of dedicated volunteers.
β Sorting and processing stock, dealing with customers, maintaining high visual standards and running the shop in the manager\βs absence.
Our ideal Deputy Shop Manager:
β You will be a manager or supervisor with previous retail experience.
β A confident manager able to motivate and develop a team of volunteers.
β Hands on and lead from the front, and have creativity to come up with new ideas of generating donations.
β Energetic and enthusiastic personality, and believe in team work.
β Although not essential, it would be desirable if you had previous experience working in the Charity sector.
